You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. This applies to every seat in the order.
How to request a refund
Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles returns. Use the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, or visit paddle.net and look up your order. You can also write to hello@sabahattinkalkan.com with your order number and we will arrange it.
What happens to the license
A refunded license key is revoked: it is no longer delivered and may stop working in later versions of ModbusTool. Remove the key from ModbusTool after the refund. The Free edition stays available.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example for a duplicate purchase or a technical problem we cannot solve. Write to us; mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
